Each HVN Development community is unique, offering different apartment types, amenities, and rents. Please visit each property page to find specific information about the community where you might like to live.
To help you on your search, we offer answers to some of the general questions prospective residents have been asking below:

For information about a specific property like availability, rent, number of occupants, income limits and more, you will be able to call the Leasing Advisor when we open the interest list.

Each community maintains its own wait list. Once we open the interested resident registration, you will be able to contact the specific property where you applied to find out about your application status.

Once your completed application is received, it will be screened. Management will verify your income and conduct background searches, including a credit check and criminal background investigation.
Management will notify you in writing if your application has been pre-approved or rejected.
Management will set up interviews as pre-approved applications are processed. During the interview, potential residents must provide information to determine eligibility.
When there are no more units available, pre-approved applications will be placed on a waitlist in the order they are received.
As units become available, management will contact applicants on the waitlist in the order that they were placed on the waitlist.

Rental rates are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as part of the funding used to purchase and build the apartments. Rents and income limits are subject to change. Once our registration has opened, for more information about rent, you will be able to contact the leasing advisor representing the property where you are interested in living.

HVN Development serves households that earn 30% to 60% of the area median income (AMI). The area median income varies from county to county. Please check with our leasing advisors to determine the income limits for the apartment community where you’d like to live.

The tenant selection process for each community varies. When you receive your application for a unit, it includes information regarding the resident selection process and criteria that each household must meet. www.HVNDevelopment.com

Yes, the leasing advisor will notify unqualified applicants in writing, and you will be informed of options to appeal this decision.
